19. Time Limitation for Claims
Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or the Website must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.

20. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in West Palm Beach, Florida before one arbitrator.


The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.


This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction. You understand that by agreeing to this arbitration provision, you and Outdoor Storage Hub are each waiving the right to a jury trial or a trial before a judge in a public court.


If any provision of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the unenforceable provision shall be severed, and the remaining arbitration terms shall be enforced (but in no case shall there be a class arbitration).
